Chat Profile Photo and Status

When it comes to choosing your profile picture, please ensure you are adhering to the below guidelines to ensure your picture will be approved.

Profile pictures may be removed after they have been approved if they break the guidelines. 

The photo you upload should be in JPG or PNG format & can take up to 72 hours to be approved.

PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD PICTURES OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Images containing any form of nudity.
• Images of youngsters deemed to be under the age of 25.
• Images of offensive/violent/sexual/racial or discrimination content including quotes.
• Images that contain profanity or indecent language. 
• Images with political/religious content.
• Images that contain drugs/narcotics/alcohol/cigarettes/vapes
• Images that contain personal information such as address/contact details.
• Copyrighted images such as brand content and celebrities. 
• Images containing advertising of businesses/charities.
• Images containing non-English language.
• Images containing personal information.
