As of 3rd November 2020, we need to ask our customers to provide more info about their current status, as part our obligation to meet regulatory requirements. This means when you login our Affordability Wizard will ask you a series of questions about your sources of income.
What is an affordability limit?
We want you to enjoy our games and services but, as part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, we don’t want you to spend more than you can afford. We use a variety of factors including your occupation and income to ensure there's nothing which could lead you to any harm.
We understand that the process can be inconvenient, but we are here to help answer any questions you might have, and our wizard only takes a few minutes to complete. Unlike a deposit limit, there’s no cap on deposits under an affordability limit, and it’ll be calculated based on the info you’ve provided us with.
All Terms and Conditions can be found on our Responsible Gaming section.
Can my limit be reviewed?
Absolutely, all you need to do is send us three months' bank statements, details of your income and occupation and request what you'd like your limit to be changed to. The best way to do this is by using our document uploader when you log in. If you don't have access to your account, you can send these documents via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to review these documents within a week.
Why have you taken this action?
Customers’ gambling safety is among our highest priorities, and we want your time with us to be as safe and enjoyable as possible.
Please note, this is applicable to UK customers only.
